Description

Luxury detached waterfront wellness villa with private pool and sauna.

Enjoy a relaxing stay with your family or friends in this luxury wellness villa by the water. Here you can truly unwind in a peaceful and tranquil setting. The perfect place to take a break from your daily routine.

The villa was built in 2023 and features a spacious, enclosed south-facing garden with a heated swimming pool, a sauna, and a wood-fired hot tub. There is also a cozy veranda and a private jetty, making it possible to arrive by boat. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all modern comforts.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom. On the first floor you will find another double bedroom and a dormitory-style room with four single beds and a king-size double bed. There are also two bathrooms and a separate toilet. On the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. On the first floor there is a second bathroom with toilet.

On sunny days, you can relax on your private terrace by the water. Take a refreshing dip in the heated pool, rinse off under the outdoor shower, or unwind in the hot tub or sauna. Feeling active? Cast a fishing line from the jetty or explore the surroundings by bike or boat. The calm polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also perfect for exploring by canoe or SUP board. Don’t have your own boat or bike? You can rent them at our park. We’ll be happy to help you arrange this.

This detached wellness villa is not located directly on our park, but it is nearby (about 1 km) and slightly closer to the center of Roelofarendsveen. During your stay, you are of course welcome to use the facilities of our park, which is located on the edge of Roelofarendsveen with views over the meadows. Roelofarendsveen is the ideal place for peace and relaxation, while entertainment is close by: Amsterdam is only a 20-minute drive away. In spring, the flower fields and Keukenhof are also easy to reach. And after a day out, you can fully relax again in your own wellness villa.
