Description

Luxurious semi-detached 5-person holiday home by the water.

Our water park is located in a unique green location, close to the larger cities of the Netherlands and the beach. Here, you can experience the tranquillity of the surrounding meadows but with entertainment nearby. Amsterdam is just 20 minutes away (by car) from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday. Our park is small-scale and consists of 5 luxury five-person semi-detached holiday homes and 7 detached water villas. All houses feature a terrace by the water (south side). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, spacious fridge and all kitchen accessories. The ground floor features underfloor heating, a separate toilet and a spacious walk-in shower. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The large bedroom features a double Kingsize box-spring bed. The other bedroom has 3 sleeping places, one of which is a single box-spring bed and the other a bunk bed. 

Kwekerij No. 8 and 9, as well as Kwekerij No. 10 and 11 have a connecting door. The connecting doors can be opened with a key. This way, you can have a holiday home that will be suitable for up to 10 people.

When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace by the water. If you feel like fishing, you can just throw out a fishing rod (don't forget your fishing license). Swimming in open nature is also an option. You can get to know the area by bike, but you can, of course, also take a boat out on the water. The quiet polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also ideally suited to explore by canoe or sup board.

You can also enjoy beautiful boat trips from our park. From your garden, you can enjoy fishing and swimming in open nature. If you don't have a boat yourself, you can rent an electric boat. We are happy to help you with that. Boat maps of the area can be purchased at the reception. In the summer months you can make use of our bread service. You can pick these up starting from 8.30 AM; a wonderful way to start a new day of your holiday.

    An amazing setting in the middle of the Tulip countryside. We loved the property, clean, modern and well equipped and the ability to swim in the canal and use the free canoes and paddle boards was brilliant. The kids loved the table tennis and the darts!

    De gastvrije ontvangst bij de receptie. Modern ingerichte vakantiehuizen gelegen aan het water. Bloemrijke strook bij de voordeuren. Ruime sortering koffie en thee aanwezig bij binnenkomst. Prachtige oerhollandse polderlandschap met veel molens. Heel goede ebikes om omgeving te verkennen.

    We loved the view of the water, windmill, cows, swans, ducks and rabbits from our back patio door. Such a peaceful, quiet location, nice and close to the North Sea (the ocean had beautiful waves with lovely white sand). I also really enjoyed the wildflowers along the walkway and terraces. It was great to have free access to kayaks and a large games room.

    Die Wohnung und die Terrasse haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Teenager haben sich besonders über die kostenlosen SUPs und den liebevollen Hund Mick gefreut. Vielen lieben Dank für wundervolle Urlaubstage!

    Hübscher kleiner Ferienpark, direkt am Wasser. Super war, dass man gleich von der Unterkunft aus Schwimmen gehen konnte - und besonders auch , dass man sich kostenlos Kanus, SUPs nehmen konnte. Drinnen gute Ausstattung, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, genügend Geschirr usw. Super auch, dass Kaffeepads, Tee, Salz und Pfeffer, Spülertabs genutzt werden konnten. Gute Fahrräder zum Ausleihen und komfortable Elektroboote. Und nicht zuletzt sehr freundliche, entspannte Gastgeber, so dass man sich willkommen gefühlt hat.
