Luxurious semi-detached 5-person holiday home by the water.

Our water park is located in a unique green location, close to the larger cities of the Netherlands and the beach. Here, you can experience the tranquillity of the surrounding meadows but with entertainment nearby. Amsterdam is just 20 minutes away (by car) from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday. Our park is small-scale and consists of 5 luxury five-person semi-detached holiday homes. All houses feature a terrace by the water (south side). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, spacious fridge and all kitchen accessories. The ground floor features underfloor heating, a separate toilet and a spacious walk-in shower. There are 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The large bedroom features a double Kingsize box-spring bed. The other bedroom has 3 sleeping places, one of which is a single box-spring bed and the other a bunk bed. 
 
 2 houses can be connected to each other. The houses feature a connecting door. The connecting doors can be opened with a key. This way, you can have a holiday home that will be suitable for up to 10 people.

In October, we will start the construction of 7 luxurious detached , four to six-person holiday villas, which will be ready in July 2023. All 12 holiday homes are spread over a narrow peninsula and are all by the water. This offers the possibility to moor your own boat in front of your holiday home. 

When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace by the water. If you feel like fishing, you can just throw out a fishing rod (don't forget your fishing license). Swimming in open nature is also an option. You can get to know the area by bike, but you can, of course, also take a boat out on the water. The quiet polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also ideally suited to explore by canoe or sup board.

You can also enjoy beautiful boat trips from our park. From your garden, you can enjoy fishing and swimming in open nature. If you don't have a boat yourself, you can rent an electric boat. We are happy to help you with that. Boat maps of the area can be purchased at the reception. A small shop has been set up at the reception for "forgotten" groceries. There also is a bread service. Every morning, Poel Vers bakes the following on demand: croissants, white kaiser rolls and brown baguettes. You can pick these up starting from 9 AM; a wonderful way to start a new day of your holiday.
