Luxurious 4-6 person holiday villa on the water.

Our water park is located in a unique green location, in the middle of the Randstad on the edge of Roelofarendsveen. Here, you can experience the tranquillity of the surrouding meadows but with entertainment nearby. Amsterdam is just 20 minutes away (by car) from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family and friends. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday. Our park is small-scale and consists of 5 five-person semi-detached holiday homes. In October, we will start the construction of 7 luxury detached , four to six-person holiday villas, which will be ready in July 2023. All 12 holiday homes are spread out over a narrow peninsula and are all by the water. This offers the possibility to moor your boat in front of your own holiday home.

Our detached holiday homes all have a jetty and a veranda. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace by the water. If you feel like fishing, you can just throw out a fishing rod (don't forget your fishing license). Swimming in open nature is also an option; you have your own swimming ladder at the jetty. You can get to know the area by bike, but you can, of course, also take a boat out on the water. The quiet polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also ideally suited to explore by canoe or sup board.

You can also enjoy beautiful boat trips from our park. From your garden, you can enjoy fishing and swimming in open nature. If you don't have a boat yourself, you can rent an electric boat. We are happy to help you with that. Boat maps of the area can be purchased at the reception. A small shop has been set up at the reception for "forgotten" groceries. There also is a bread service. Every morning, Poel Vers bakes the following on demand: croissants, white kaiser rolls and brown baguettes. You can pick these up starting from 9 AM; a wonderful way to start a new day of your holiday.

Die überdachte Terrasse mit Zugang zum Wasser lädt bei fast jedem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet. Die kostenlose Nutzung der SUPs und Kanus sind hervorragend. Hier fehlt es an nichts, auch der Brötchen Service klappt perfekt

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.Die Lage und das Ferienhaus waren wunderschön . Direkt am Wasser , von der tollen Natur umgeben. Das Ferienhaus war toll ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. SUPS und Paddelboote konnten kostenlos ausgeliehen werden. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

De Tulpenacker is an absolutely beautiful place. The owners are so kind and friendly, the house is clean, well appointed and with lovely furniture and decor. The view across the canal and the fields is beautiful and the feeling here is so peaceful.

Die Häuser stehen in einer malerischen Gegend mit Besuch von Kühen, Enten und Mick der jeden Tag vorbei schaute, wir haben uns immer darüber gefreut! Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, ideal zum Entspannen und relaxen, was uns auch entschädigt hat, da wir viele Tage mit viel Regen hatten. Ich empfehle unbedingt eine Tour mit dem Boot entlang der Tulpenroute.

We had a lovely holiday at De Tulpenacker. It is in a lovely location, nice and peaceful surrounded by local wildlife. The villa was amazing. It was spotlessly clean, all great facilities and very new and modern in design. The beds were really comfy which is always a bonus. Great location for days out across the region to see local sights. We made good use of the SUP Boards and Kayaks which were free to use. We had a great trip on the electric boat around the local area via the Tulpen Route. Kim and her family were great hosts, very friendly and welcoming and provided great communication prior to arrival. Mick entertained the kids and is already being missed by them. All in all an amazing stay. Highly recommended!!! :)

The whole experience was a joy. Excellent communication, a warm welcome, beautifully furnished villa with everything we needed, adjacent parking and free use of the canoe & boards. The location was ideal for us to visit our son in Leiden and also other locations in the Country e.g. Het Loo, Zuiderzee Museum, Veluwe National Park and the Kroller Muller museum. There was even an excellent supermarket, Dirk, in the small town and an ever changing panorama of birds, cows (one of which fel into the water - apparently it frequently happens) and other wildlife. Would unhesitantly recommend to others

We hadden aanvankelijk nogal moeite om het address te vinden, maar met een paar belletjes naar Erwin, (hetgeen hij niet erg vond) kwamen we uiteindelijk aan het juiste address. Prachtige accomodatie met een typisch Nederlands uitzicht en centraal van alle bezienswaardigheden. Perfect voor mijn Engelse familie. Niets was te veel voor Kim en Erwin om het ons naar de zin te maken.
